Taiga Kasai (カサイタイガ) is a Japanese digital illustrator who entered the Pokémon TCG through the 2022 Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest, where his Greninja artwork earned First Runner-up in Japan and became his first official card. He draws entirely digitally using an iPad Pro, and his work spans Sword & Shield-era promos through the Scarlet & Violet series, with credits across sets including Stellar Miracle, Cyber Judge, Night Wanderer, and Glory of Team Rocket. His style tends toward clean digital painting with detailed character focus, and he has also contributed illustrations to Pokémon TCG Pocket.
