By using PokéTT (“the service”) you agree to these terms. PokéTT is a study-purpose analytics project that aggregates publicly available Pokémon card sale data into prices, charts and market statistics.

Everything on PokéTT is for information and research only. Prices are estimates derived from third-party marketplace data and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Nothing here is financial, investment or trading advice. Do your own research before buying or selling anything — you are solely responsible for your decisions.

The service is provided “as is”

We work to keep the data accurate and the site available, but we make no warranty of any kind — about accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uptime. Market prices are volatile and our marks are statistical estimates, not quotes you can transact on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokéTT and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data — including any trading or purchasing decision.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related names, characters and media are © Nintendo · Creatures · GAME FREAK. PokéTT is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Card images and market data are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. Some 3D assets are provided via Sketchfab under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) licence. The PokéTT name, interface and original code are ours.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise abuse the service or its API beyond normal use.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security of the service.
  • Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the “last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
