Naoyo Kimura (born 1960) is one of the longest-tenured Pokémon TCG illustrators, with work dating to the early Japanese Expansion Sheet series and the classic Neo era and Southern Islands promo set. Her soft, gentle, storybook-like style also extends to children's books. She is a veteran whose career spans the franchise's earliest cards to modern collaborations.
