Naoki Saito (born 1982 in Yamagata, Japan) is a freelance digital illustrator and a graduate of Tama Art University who previously worked at Konami before going independent. He has illustrated for the Pokémon TCG since the HeartGold & SoulSilver era, and his style is vibrant and surreal, often merging organic subjects with geometric forms and rich texture. He has illustrated roughly 250 TCG cards plus dozens for TCG Pocket.
