Nakaoka is a Japanese Pokemon TCG illustrator whose roughly 54 cards span the early-to-mid 2000s, from Team Rocket-era reprints through the Diamond & Pearl period. Their credits include legendary-Pokemon cards such as Dialga and Palkia LV.X and the Manaphy/Manaphy's Egg cards, along with assorted promo and Team Rocket 'Dark' Pokemon cards.
