Misa Tsutsui (筒井 海砂) is a professional Japanese illustrator (born 1970) who has worked on the Pokémon TCG since the Sun & Moon era. Her debut was the SM-P promo Tapu Lele, and she has since illustrated more than 90 cards. She maintains an active independent art presence online and works in a polished, contemporary illustrative style.
