KIYOTAKA OSHIYAMA (押山清高) is a Japanese animator, director, and illustrator born January 3, 1982, and president of Studio Durian, known in the wider animation world for directing Flip Flappers (2016) and Look Back (2024). He debuted in the Pokémon TCG with the Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX Alternate Art in Sword & Shield—Battle Styles (2021) and has since illustrated cards across the Sword & Shield and Scarlet & Violet eras, including a celebrated Charizard VSTAR Special Art Rare. His card art is instantly recognizable for its cinematic, high-energy compositions that resemble stills from a theatrical anime film, bursting with dynamic motion, vivid color, and a distinctive personal humor.
