Kagemaru Himeno (born 1972, Kanagawa) is a Japanese writer and illustrator who has drawn Pokémon since the franchise's early years, with TCG work appearing from the Jungle expansion onward. She paints in watercolors with bright, vivid hues and soft tonal shading, and is recognized for the dreamy white flecks scattered through her older works. Her instantly recognizable style has made her one of the most beloved long-running TCG artists.
