Hironobu Yoshida (吉田宏信) is a graphic and Pokémon designer at Game Freak who has been part of the core Pokémon series since Pokémon Yellow in 1997, responsible for designing Legendary and Mythical Pokémon including Celebi, Rayquaza, Deoxys, and Darkrai. He has illustrated Pokémon TCG cards across multiple eras, from the Neo series through modern expansions, often featuring the very Pokémon he designed, and since 2007 has also created the main key art for the Pokémon TCG and Video Game World Championships. His TCG illustrations carry a refined digital style with a focus on Legendary and Mythical subjects.
