Hikaru Koike (小池光) is a Japanese illustrator who worked on the Pokémon TCG from the Neo-era Gym Challenge set through the mid-2000s EX series, contributing approximately 49–55 cards across sets including Aquapolis, Skyridge, EX Sandstorm, EX Team Magma vs. Team Aqua, EX Dragon Frontiers, and EX Delta Species.
