Pokémon card illustrator
Hajime Kusajima is a Japanese illustrator who worked on the Pokémon TCG from the early e-Card era onward. His style evolved notably over time: during the e-Card series he used watercolor and ink with light tones and thin outlines, then shifted in the EX era to a cleaner, computer-aided look with solid colors, tone highlights and an almost cartoon-like appearance with colorful detailed backgrounds. He illustrated over 200 cards before largely stepping back around the Sun & Moon series.
