TOKIYA (real name Tokiya Sakuba, 作場季野; born 1983 in Tokyo) is a freelance digital illustrator who has drawn for the Pokemon TCG since the Platinum-era Arceus expansion in 2009. Their work is distinctly surreal and atmospheric, built up digitally in image-editing software and often focused on insects, machinery, and the human body. Beyond the TCG, they designed Trainer classes such as Swimmers and Ace Trainers for Pokemon Sun & Moon.
