Pani Kobayashi (小林ぱに, born in Hakodate, Japan) is a freelance illustrator and painter who began contributing to the Pokémon TCG in 2019 with a Cottonee card in the Cosmic Eclipse set. Her style bridges traditional and digital media — she also works in oil painting and animal illustration — giving her Pokémon card art a warm, painterly quality distinct from purely CG studios. She has illustrated cards across multiple eras from Sword & Shield through Scarlet & Violet, and has also contributed artwork to Pokémon TCG Pocket.
